Neuroshima Hex! Este un joc de strategie în lumea post-apocaliptică din Neuroshima, un joc de roluri polonez. Fiecare jucător conduce una din cele 4 armate: Borgo, Hegemonia, Moloch și Posterunek (Outpost). Fiecare pachet de armată constă în 34 de plăcuțe: soldați, plăcuțe de ajutor și acțiuni speciale.
