You get all this: 
26 New land tiles - Magic portals let you place meeple anywhere and the dragon symbol awakens the dangerous dragon.
New river tiles - With the new source tile, the river splits into two directions. By the new lake lies a dragon hoard where the creature locks onto its next prey.
The dragon and the fairy - Take the dragon’s flight path into account before it awakens and scares away your meeple or protect them with the fairy."
