Giza: The Great Pyramid: Distant Quarry - Adds a new quarry that has a sled placed on it. Lords of Vegas: Sky Bridge / Building Boom / Card sharp - adds the option to use the 2 provided skybridge tokens. Also adds Card Sharp variant rules.
